How licensing works

Every purchase comes with a Riptide Media Web License and a PDF that names you, the property, and each image covered. Files are 2048 px JPEGs: right for MLS, listing sites, and social, and not meant for print.

Print of any kind: flyers, brochures, signs, magazines, mailers.

Use for a property without access to the pictured amenities or places.
AI training, or edits that misrepresent the property.

Print and commercial licenses

Need full-resolution files for print, signage, broadcast, or a campaign? Email info@riptidemedia.net with the property and how you plan to use the photos, and we'll send a quote.

Why every set shows a shoot date

Buildings get repainted and amenities change. We reshoot on a schedule and retire outdated photos from the store, so what you buy reflects the property today. Photos you've already licensed stay licensed.
